Police are investigating a home invasion robbery that happened Monday morning.
Suffolk police responded to the report in the 1100 block of Nansemond Parkway, city spokesman Tim Kelley said. The victims told the officers that three armed, black males entered their home wearing ski masks and made demands for each of the victims to hand over their money.
One of the victims was struck in the head by a handgun during the incident, Kelley said. The suspects took about $100 in cash from the home and left, Kelley added.
The incident remains under investigation.
