Theodore Fortuna, 82, died on Dec. 16, 2015. He was the son of the late Zophia and Frank Fortuna.

Theodore was retired from the U.S. Navy and from Virginia International Terminal.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Joan Fortuna; children, Carol Ouimet and husband, Jean-Marc, of Virginia Beach, Robert Petersen, of Suffolk, Frank Fortuna and wife, Brenda, of Chesapeake, and Diana Parker, of Jarrell, Texas; sister, Mary Horst, of Bridge Port, Conn.; 13 grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
