A Suffolk woman was issued a summons for contributing to the delinquency of a minor after police say they found her vehicle parked with a 3-year-old boy in the back seat.

An officer noticed the vehicle in the 1200 block of White Marsh Road about 12:57 p.m. Wednesday, city spokesman Tim Kelley said. It was running. The driver, Christa Kay Testerman, 28, was located inside the EZ Mart and issued a summons for the misdemeanor charge.
