Hazel Louise Kinsey, 87, of Portsmouth, died on Dec. 19, 2015. Her funeral will be on Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2015, at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434 with the Rev. Martha Mitchell officiating.
