William “Bud” Taylor, 96, of Kilby Avenue, transitioned Sunday, Dec. 20, 2015, at Kindred Transitional Care and Rehab. A celebration of life will be held noon Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2015, at Faith Temple Apostolic Church. The Rev. Troy Ruffin will deliver the eulogy. He will be laid to rest in Albert G.
