Tameka Renea Carter, 30, died Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2015.

A celebration of life service will take place at noon on Wednesday, Jan. 6 at Healing Temple Pentecostal Church, 505 Rapidan Street Portsmouth. She will be laid to rest at Carver Memorial Cemetery.
