Joan Lee Rimasse, 79, passed away Jan. 4, 2016. She was born in Passaic, N.J., the daughter of the late Rudolph and Lena Roland. She was predeceased by her husband, Eugene Charles Rimasse, and her sister, Nancy Whitlow. She retired as a beautician and was a member of the Suffolk Moose Lodge.

Joan is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Ronald E. and Susan Rimasse, Rudy E. and Nancy Rimasse; grandchildren, Mary, Erica, James, Milton and Billy; great-grandchildren, Bryson, Tahnaeja, Avery and Milton Jr.; and longtime partner, Benjamin E. Grey.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, Jan. 16, 2016, at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory in Suffolk, with the Rev. T. Floyd Irby Jr. officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your local American Red Cross. Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
