Kenneth Fillmore, 71, died on Jan. 17, 2016. A funeral service will be held Friday, Jan. 22, 2016, at 10 a.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434 with the Rev. Thomas Steele-Carr officiating. Burial with military honors will follow at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery.
