Lloyd Newman Allison, 70, died on Jan. 27, 2016. A memorial service will be Sunday, Jan. 31, 2016, at 3 p.m. at New Branch Community Church, 9608 Windsor Blvd., Windsor, VA 23487 with Pastor John Hunter officiating.
