Minerva Vann Hall, of Suffolk, died Jan. 27, 2016. A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Feb. 3 at Antioch United Church of Christ, 900 Hull Ave., Suffolk. An hour of viewing prior to the service will begin at noon. Sterling Brook Funeral Home of Windsor is handling arrangements.
