Richard Harrison Miller, 74, died on Friday, Feb. 12, 2016. A visitation will take place from noon to 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 19, 2016, at the funeral home. A celebration of life service will take place at noon on Saturday, Feb. 20, 2016, at New Mt. Joy Food For Living Ministries Church, and he will be laid to rest at Carver Memorial Cemetery.
