Baby Brycen Ty’Meir Williams was born on March 13, 2015, weighing 5 pounds, 10 ounces, at 12:57 a.m. in Norfolk. “Bryce” or “Chocolate Drop,” as we called him, gained his wings on March 18, 2016. Although his time here on earth was short, the impact on everyone he came in contact with was beyond remarkable.
