Byrdie Blizzard-Holmes, 72, died on March 27, 2016, at Med-Star Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C. A celebration of life service will be held at noon Saturday April 2, 2016, at Jerusalem Baptist Church, Surry. Viewing will be held Friday April 1, 2016, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the chapel. Interment will be in the Saint Paul’s Cemetery, Surry.
