Reginald Bernard Beamon, 56, of 6656 Crittenden Road, Suffolk, died Monday, April 18, 2016, at Sentara Obici Hospital. He was a native of Suffolk and the son of the late Robert L. Beamon and Florine F. Beamon.

He attended John F. Kennedy High School. He was self-employed as a handy man.

He leaves to cherish his memory three sisters, Cora Powell (Leon), of Jamaica, N.Y., Elsie Hart, of Patterson, N.J., and Irene Gray, of Greenville, N.C.; three brothers, Abdullah Muhammad (John Beamon), of Suffolk, William Beamon (Barbara, of Pattner, N.J., Herbert Beamon, of Suffolk; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
