Fraud suspects sought

The Suffolk Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying two suspects each believed to be involved in separate credit card theft and fraud incidents.

Both of the suspects are also believed to be involved in the

theft of a vehicle and thefts from a vehicle incidents in the city of Suffolk, according to a city press release.

One suspect, who was caught on a surveillance camera wearing a dark-colored baseball cap, camouflage jacket, dark-colored jeans and black shoes, was reportedly involv

ed in a credit card theft and fraud incident on April 19, according to the press release.

The other suspect, a black male wearing a dark-colored jacket in surveillance footage, was reportedly involved in a credit card theft and fraud that occurred on April 20. That

man is believed to reside in Norfolk.

The two incidents are not believed to be related.

1-888-LOCK-U-UP or text the keyword SPDVATIP and the tip to 274637 (CRIMES). Tipsters never have to give their names or appear in court, and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
