Evelyn Jane Evans, 56, of Portsmouth, died Saturday, July 9, 2016, at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. A celebration of life will be held at noon, Saturday, July 16, 2016, at St. Timothy Baptist Church. The Rev. Robert A. Wilkins will deliver the eulogy. She will be laid to rest in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
