Forice Robinson III

Forice “Trey” Robinson III, 11, of Chesapeake, transitioned Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2016, in Chesapeake. He was a native of Chesapeake and the son of Dr. Kimberly Hale Robinson and Forice Robinson Jr. He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandfather, the Rev. Walter Hale; great-aunts, Carolyn Hale, Cathy Hale-Scott; paternal great-aunt, Vadonna Waller-Proctor; paternal great-grandmother, Minnie V. Waller; and paternal great-grandfather, John Waller.

He attended Lakeview Elementary and Western Branch Intermediate and was a rising sixth-grader at Western Branch Middle. Trey was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Outreach Center and a member of AWANA at Mount Carmel Baptist Church.

Forice leaves to cherish his memories his parents, mother, Dr. Kimberly Hale Robinson of Chesapeake; father, Forice Robinson Jr., of Portsmouth; maternal grandparents, Ms. Corinne Hale, of Suffolk, and Mr. Melvin Wilson, of Franklin; paternal grandparents, Mr. Forice Sr. and Mrs. Carolyn Robinson, of Portsmouth; maternal great-grandmother, Mrs. Hattie L. Hale, of Suffolk; uncles, Jonathan Hale, of Suffolk, Carl Hale (Jillian), Jayron Hale and Dr. Damon Cary, of Suffolk; godmother, Alfreda Russell, of Suffolk; beloved dog, Gizmo Hale; a host of aunts, cousins and friends.

A celebration of Trey’s life will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2016, at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, 3310 Deep Creek Blvd., Portsmouth. Pastor E.T. Knight will deliver the eulogy. He will be laid to rest in Tabernacle Baptist Outreach Church Cemetery. Condolences to the Robinson family may be extended to www.crockerfuneralhome.com.
