Mrs. Mary Ann Hoskie Redmond, of Joe Henry Lane, Gates, N.C., died Aug. 6, 2016. A homegoing service will be held on Sunday, Aug. 14 at 3 p.m., First Baptist Church, 318 Hall St., Franklin, with the Rev. William C. Bellamy delivering the eulogy; the Rev. D.S. Riddick Jr. is the senior pastor. Burial will be in the Boone Family Cemetery, Gates, N.C.
