Felton Lewis Mann, 60, of Planters Club Road, Suffolk, transitioned on Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2016, at Sentara Obici Hospital. He was a native of Suffolk and the son of Bertha Wilson Mann and the late Robert Lee Mann Sr.

He was a graduate of John Yeates High School and retired from the City of Suffolk Parks and Recreation after numerous years of faithful and dedicated service. He was a member of Bibleway Evangelistic Tabernacle in Newport News.

He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Bertha Wilson Mann; three sisters, Shirley Willis (Richard), of Suffolk, Lillie Brinson (Bruce), of New Jersey, and Gloria Wilson (Roosevelt), of Hampton; six brothers, Robert Lee Mann Jr., of Los Angeles, Calif., Earnest Mann, of Portsmouth, Moses Mann (Carolyn), of North Carolina, Bishop Wilbur Mann Sr. (Gloria), of Hampton, John Mann Sr. (Judy), of Las Vegas, Nev., and Jerry Mann, of Chesapeake; one aunt; four uncles; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2016, at New Paul’s Temple Holiness Church, 720 Hosier Road, Suffolk. He will be laid to rest in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
