Registration for Suffolk Youth Athletic Association’s fall sports is open.

SYAA is offering baseball, softball and soccer for children of all ages this fall. Registration ends Aug. 29, or when teams are full, whichever comes first. There is a $10 late fee for all who register after Aug. 5. Each family is also required to pay $20 for SYAA’s raffle fundraiser, which gives families a chance to win up to $500. The raffle drawing is held around the start of the season.

Baseball registration is offered for six age divisions:

Registration for T-Ball (ages 4-6) is $70.

Registration for Pinto (ages 7-8) is $90.

Registration for Mustang, Bronco, Pony and Colt (ages 9-16) is $100.

Softball is also offered for ages 8-16. The registration is $100.

SYAA offers recreational, interleague, advanced and select soccer teams for the fall season. There are boys and girls teams for each division.

Recreational teams are offered for children ages 6-12. Registration is $100.

Interleague teams are made up of children ages 9-18. Registration is $130.

Advanced teams are offered for age groups U9-U18. Advanced teams participate in the Tidewater Advanced Soccer League. Registration is $130.

Select teams are offered for age groups U12-U17. Select teams are part of the Virginia Youth Soccer Association. Registration is $150.

Soccer games are held at the SYAA field complex, 432 King’s Fork Road. Baseball and softball games are held at Diamond Springs Park, 501 King’s Fork Road.
