Lula Mae Brown, 82, of Rivershore Drive, Suffolk, transitioned Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2016, at her residence. A celebration of life will be held at Refuge C.O.G.I.C., 2130 Stalham Road, Chesapeake. She will be laid to rest in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. Professional services with dignity have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home Inc.
