A Suffolk minister will spend four and a half years in jail for molesting a member of his family.
Anthony Joseph McClain, 52, was indicted last year on 15 counts of aggravated sexual battery, five counts of indecent liberties with a child and six counts of incest.
He pleaded guilty in March to five counts of indecent liberties with a child and six counts of incest, while the other charges were not prosecuted.
McClain will also have a suspended sentence of 36 and a half years and be on supervised probation for 15 years following his release, according to the sentence handed down by Circuit Court Judge Robert H. Sandwich Jr. on Monday.
The incidents happened during the spring and summer of 2015.
McClain continues to be listed as the pastor on the church website, www.sgmmcc.org.
