Arlene Suzette Jones Duke, 52, of Nansemond Parkway, transitioned Friday, Sept. 30, 2016. A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 7, 2016, at Christian Home Baptist Church, Windsor. The Rev. Wendell Waller will deliver the eulogy. She will be laid to rest in Carver Memorial Cemetery. Professional services with dignity have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home Inc.
