The Virginia Department of Transportation will close Freeman Drive (Route 612) between Old Myrtle Road (Route 632) and Joyners Bridge (Route 611) for superstructure repairs to the bridge over Corrowaugh Swamp.

The closure begins at 9 a.m. Monday and is scheduled to last through 4:30 p.m. Oct. 28. Signed detours will be in place for motorists.
