Nansemond River Baptist reschedules fall festival

Due to Hurricane Matthew, Nansemond River Baptist Church rescheduled its annual Fall Fest to Nov. 5. The event will run from noon to 4 p.m.
On site, there will be activities for all ages, including a hayride, cornhole, a petting zoo, face painting and an inflatable obstacle course and slide. There will also be cotton candy, popcorn, hotdogs and other refreshments.
The entire event is free of charge.
The fest promises a safe, family-oriented atmosphere for all to enjoy.
