John Rudolph “Johnny” Woodard, 69, died Wednesday Nov. 9, 2016, surrounded by his loving and caring family. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 14, 2016, in Liberty Baptist Church, Harbour View Campus, 7025 Harbour View Blvd., Suffolk, VA 23435.
