Blair A. Taylor, 40, died on Nov. 16, 2016, at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. A celebration of life service will be held at noon, Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2016, at Main Street Baptist Church. Viewing will be held Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Shivers Funeral Chapel, Smithfield.
