Nansemond River High School’s volleyball teams had five players recognized for all-conference teams in Conference 10.

For the Warriors, Jake Bordeaux was selected to the second team, while Nikoli Green was an honorable mention.

“I felt really proud and thankful,” Bordeaux said. “I’m glad the coaches thought of me enough to be honored.”

For the Lady Warriors, Monet Ballard was selected to the first team. Sabria Townsend and Kelly Lafferty were selected to the second team. Madison Rhoads was an honorable mention.

Both Warriors teams lost in the first round of the Conference 10 tournament.
