Marquail L. Manley, 24, of Newport News, transitioned Thursday, Nov. 17, 2016. Viewing will be held Thursday, Nov. 24, 2016, in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held at noon Friday, Nov. 25, 2016, at Oak Grove Baptist Church. He will be laid to rest in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
