To the editor:

I do not know who is responsible for the terrible eyesore of construction we have had to see at the intersection of West Constance Road and Pitchkettle Road for the last forever months.

I know that the city of Suffolk is ultimately responsible, since it is within the city limits.

If the responsible ones are waiting for Christmas — well, it’s here!

There have been many, many weeks in which no work was done. Please, please, city officials — clean up this MESS!

Thank you to the city for what I hope will be its prompt attention to this matter.
