Deborah Evans Carr, 65, died Dec. 20, 2016. Her celebration of life will be Dec. 26, 2016, at 1 p.m. in Open Door Church, 816 Kings Fork Road, Suffolk, with the Rev. Tony and Kathy Peaks officiating.
