Bobby R. Smith, the father of Jarrett W. Smith, transitioned to his heavenly home on Jan. 5, 2017, in Atlanta. A celebration of life will be held at Little Bethel Baptist Church, 6533 Everets Road, Suffolk, VA 23434 on Jan. 14, 2017, at 1 p.m. Pastor Bernard Thomas will officiate. The family will receive visitors at the home of his sister, Mrs. H. LaRonda Turner, 1037 Boundary Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434. Services have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home, of Suffolk, and Murray Brothers Funeral Home. of Atlanta.
