Washington St., Suffolk, on Jan. 16, 2017, from 6 to 7 p.m. Roy’s home going service will be held at First Baptist of South Hill, 3633 Galberry Road, Chesapeake, VA 23323 on Jan. 17, 2017, at 11 a.m. The burial will be held on Jan. 18, 2017, at 2 p.m. at Albert G.
