King’s Fork’s Lady Bulldogs won their second Conference 17 game of the week in a 49-38 victory over Deep Creek Wednesday.

King’s Fork moved to 14-3 with the win and was led by Amesha Miller with 17 points. Cydney Nichols added 12 points, and Alexis Wethington added eight.

It wasn’t the Lady Bulldogs’ best game of the year, as the Lady Bulldogs got off to a slow start. Coach Maurice Fofana hopes his team can shake off that performance and get ready for another conference game this week.

“We’ll look at some game film and shake it off,” Fofana said. “Hopefully on Friday we will be back in rare form.”

King’s Fork will travel to Lake Taylor for their third Conference 17 matchup of the week Friday. The game is set to start at 7 p.m.
