Barbara E. Gates, 66, died Jan. 19, 2017. A celebration of life service will be held Sunday, Jan. 22, 2016, at 2 p.m. at Antioch Church, 23011 Antioch Road, Windsor, VA 23487 with the Rev. Ben Montoya officiating. A time of visitation will be held prior from 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. at the church. A reception will be held from 12:45 to 1:45 p.m. in the church fellowship hall.
