James M. Evans Jr., born to James M. and Terry Bulla Evans, in Norfolk, passed away unexpectedly in Alexandria, on Tuesday Feb. 21, 2017.
He is survived by his parents, Jim and Terry Evans; sister, Jennifer DeLisio; and nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service, officiated by Pastor Scott Cornette, will be held at 3 p.m. March 4 at the Salvation Army, 400 Bank St., Suffolk.
