Fred Joseph Habit Jr., 82, died March 8, 2017. A celebration of life service with military honors will be held Thursday, March 16, 2017, at 1 p.m. at Oakland Christian Church with the Rev. Wayne Gardner officiating. Inurnment will be at Olive Branch Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Nansemond-Suffolk Rescue Squad or Oakland Christian Church.
