Nansemond-Suffolk Academy’s softball team shut out Southampton High School Thursday afternoon at home.

After a loss on the road against Windsor High School on Tuesday, NSA bounced back nicely with Thursday’s win. The Lady Saints pulled off a 10-0 victory in six innings.

Emerson Puzey got the pitching win for NSA, throwing seven strikeouts. She also had a home run for the Lady Saints.

NSA is now 3-1 and will take on John A. Holmes High School on the road today at noon.
