Charles Melvin DeBerry, 60, of the 4900 block of Buchanan Street, Suffolk, passed away on Friday, March 31, 2017, at Hunter Holmes McGuire Veterans Hospital, Richmond.

He is survived by his sons, Charles M. DeBerry Jr. and Nathan DeBerry; his mother, Mary Louise Harris DeBerry; sisters, Mary E. Bush and Irma L. Elliot; brothers, Michael L. DeBerry and Ernest DeBerry Jr. Charles was predeceased by his father, Ernest K. DeBerry.
