Dennis Luster, 48, of Virginia Beach, transitioned Tuesday, April 4, 2017, at his residence. A funeral service will be held at noon Thursday, April 13, 2017, at Bible World Apostolic Church, 600 Happy Acres Road, Chesapeake, officiated by Bishop Jack Cunningham. A wake will be held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 12, at the funeral home. Private viewing with family at 6:30. Interment will be in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens.
