To the editor:

I support Jerry Cantrell for delegate in the 64^th House of Delegates District, because he is unusually well qualified.

He already has experience working as a legislative assistant and as an environmental planner: he developed West Virginia’s water resources development plan. For 25 years, he has taught government classes aboard Navy ships, including graduate level public administration classes.

So it is not surprising he strongly supports education at all levels, as well as economic development and a living wage for all workers.

Jerry also shares the traditional family values that the people of the 64th district expect from their delegate.
