Elsie Lee Rascoe, 79, entered into eternal slumber on Monday, May 15, 2017, at her residence.

Ms. Rascoe’s visitation will take place from 3 to 7 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home. A celebration of life service will take place at noon Saturday at New Mt. Joy Food for Living Ministries Church, and she will be laid to rest at Carver Memorial Cemetery.
