The incident occurred at Beauty World in the 800 block of West Constance Road, according to a city press release.

About 1:50 p.m., two male subjects came into the store and selected several high-end hair clippers, which were bagged and placed behind the counter. The men walked around the store until only a few people remained, at which time they returned to the counter. One of the men reached across the counter and grabbed the clerk while the other suspect snagged the bags with the clippers. They then fled the store and left the scene in a newer model red sedan with tinted windows.
