Kerry “Blade” Langston died June 3, 2017, at his residence.

Kerry was predeceased by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roland Langston. He was a native of Whaleyville.

He leaves to cherish his memory his caretaker and sister, Thelma Langston Edwards (Bennie); three brothers, Milton Langston (Marsha), Burtell Edwards and Robert Edwards; nephews Rasheed, Shiquon, Algernon, Alajuwon and Chico; nieces Tamika and Robin; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A graveside service at the Langston Cemetery in Somerton will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday.
