A Texas man has been indicted on two charges of involuntary manslaughter stemming from a fatal crash in December.

Jemar Tarik Hall, of Pearland, was indicted by the grand jury Wednesday. He is accused in a crash that happened on the Route 58 bypass westbound near the Wilroy Road exit on Dec. 2. Jean McKnight Mitchell, 77, and her husband, Robert Eugene Mitchell, 81, died within about a day after the crash.

According to a city press release at the time, the Mitchells were in a passenger vehicle that was involved in a crash with a tractor-trailer.

Hall also is charged with reckless driving. He was one of 32 defendants indicted on a total of 94 charges last week. The full grand jury report is below:
