Hunter Caron was awarded Eagle Scout ranking from Boy Scouts of America on June 26, 2017.

The Eagle Court of Honor was held at Bethlehem Ruritan Club. Hunter is a member of Troop 30 and started as a Cub Scout in 2007.

Hunter is also a member of Venture Crew Troop 30 and a Brotherhood Member, Order of the Arrow of Wahunsenakah Lodge 30. Hunter achieved 28 merit badges while a Boy Scout.

Hunter’s Eagle Scout project was “Peanut City Dining.” He built picnic tables for Suffolk’s annual Peanut Fest.

Hunter gave special recognition to his Scoutmaster, Robert Lewis, for his leadership in the troop, as well as a special thanks to his fellow scouts and family members for their support.
