Mary Elizabeth Morris-Jones, 98, passed away Thursday, July 13, 2017.

Visitation will take place from 3 to 7 p.m. Monday at T.E. Cooke-Overton Funeral Home. A homegoing service will take place at noon on Tuesday at Pleasant Union Baptist Church. She will be laid to rest in the T.E. Cooke-Overton Garden of Redemption at Carver Memorial Cemetery.
