Vernon L. Morings, 74, died July 18, 2017. Vernon’s memorial service will be held on Monday, July 24, 2017, at 11 a.m. at Gethsemane Community Fellowship Baptist Church, located at 1317 E. Brambleton Ave., Norfolk VA 23504. The repast for family and friends will follow the service.
