Florence Lois Carr, 88, of Walters Highway, transitioned Thursday, Aug. 24, 2017, at Consulate Healthcare of Windsor. A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 28, 2017, at Chapel Grove United Church of Christ. She will be laid to rest in the church cemetery.
