Pastor Robert Eugene Hall, 82, died Oct. 1, 2017. A funeral will be held Friday, Oct. 6, 2017, at 11 a.m. at Bible World Church, 600 Happy Acres Road, Chesapeake, VA 23323 with the Rev. Edwin Harper and the Rev. Joseph Forbush officiating. Burial will be private at Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. Friends may join the family for a time of visitation Thursday night from 6 to 8 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434.
